Get Connected in 3 Easy Steps:

1 Power On: Press and hold power button for 3 seconds

2 Wait: All three signal LEDs will become solid (1-3 minutes)

3 Connect: Find SSID and password on device, connect via WiFi

⚠️ General Safety Instructions

  • ✓ Make sure the SOLIS GO device is fully charged prior to use.
  • ✓ Under condition of low battery, the LED lights will turn off while charging a device. Recharge the SOLIS GO device as soon as possible to avoid shortening the battery life.
  • ✓ The battery should be charged at least every three months to avoid shortening the battery life.
  • ✓ It is recommended to disconnect a fully-charged device to avoid unnecessary battery use.
  • ✓ Keep the SOLIS GO device away from fire and avoid temperatures above 70°C when not in use or 55°C when in use.
  • ✗ Do not get SOLIS GO device wet or immerse it in water.
  • ✗ Do not wash SOLIS GO device with corrosive cleaner.
  • ✗ Do not squeeze or puncture SOLIS GO device so as to avoid electrolyte leakage of lithium-ion battery.
  • ✗ Do not attempt to disassemble, modify or fix SOLIS GO device.
  • ✗ Do not use a damaged cable or power charger to charge SOLIS GO device.

📶 Using WiFi Hotspot

Power On

Press and hold the button on the front for 3 seconds to turn on.

Connecting to Internet

  1. Device automatically connects to Internet with vSIM
  2. Takes 1-3 minutes depending on network/location
  3. All three signal LEDs become solid when connected
  4. If not connected after 5 minutes, restart device

WiFi Setup

  1. Go to "Network Settings" and turn on WiFi
  2. Find SSID printed on device front
  3. Enter password from device
📌 Note: Maximum 5 devices simultaneously. Additional devices cannot connect until one disconnects.

Power Off

Press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off.

🔋 Using Power Bank

  1. Pull out cable (Lightning for iOS, Type-C for Android)
  2. Plug into your device
  3. Press charge button to activate power bank mode
  4. 4 battery LEDs show remaining power
  5. Remove cable to stop charging

  1. Pull out Type-A cable by sliding down
