How do I activate my eSIM?

Activation is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  1. Purchase: Complete your order on our website
  2. Receive QR Code: You'll receive a QR code via email instantly
  3. Scan QR Code: Go to Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Scan QR code
  4. Activate: Follow on-screen instructions to complete setup
  5. Connect: Turn on data roaming and you're ready to go!

Important: Make sure you have a stable WiFi connection during activation.

When should I activate my eSIM?

You can install the eSIM profile anytime, but data validity starts when you first connect to a network in your destination country.

Best practice:

  • Install the eSIM before your trip (requires WiFi)
  • Keep it inactive until you arrive at your destination
  • Turn on data roaming when you land
I didn't receive my QR code. What should I do?

If you haven't received your QR code within 5 minutes:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Verify the email address in your order confirmation

How do I charge the SOLIS GO device?

SOLIS GO has two charging methods:

Method 1 - Built-in Cable:

  • Pull out the Type-A cable by sliding it down
  • Plug into any USB charger or computer

Method 2 - Type-C Port:

  • Use your own USB-C cable
  • Connect to the Type-C port on the device side

When you run out of data:

  • Your connection will stop working

Do you offer refunds?

Refund Policy:

  • Before Activation: Full refund available if eSIM hasn't been activated
  • After Activation: No refunds once the eSIM is activated and data validity has started
  • Technical Issues: We'll provide support or replacement if there are technical problems

🔧 Technical Support

My eSIM is not connecting. What should I do?

Troubleshooting steps:

  1. Enable Data Roaming: Settings → Cellular → Data Roaming ON
  2. Select eSIM: Make sure your eSIM is selected for cellular data
  3. Restart Device: Turn your phone off and on
  4. Check APN Settings: Should be set automatically, but verify if needed
  5. Network Selection: Try manual network selection if automatic doesn't work

Can I make phone calls with eSIM?

Our eSIM plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS.

However, you can:

  • Keep your primary SIM active for calls (dual SIM)
  • Use VoIP apps over data connection
Can I use hotspot/tethering with eSIM?

Yes! You can share your eSIM data connection with other devices using:

Note: Hotspot usage counts toward your data allowance.
