How do I turn on the device for the first time?

First-time setup is simple:

  1. Fully charge the device before first use
  2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds
  3. Wait for all three signal LEDs to become solid (1-3 minutes)
  4. Find the WiFi name (SSID) and password on the back of the device

How do I charge the SOLIS GO device?

SOLIS GO offers two charging methods:

Method 1 - Built-in Type-A Cable:

  • Pull out the Type-A cable by sliding it down from the device
  • Plug into any USB wall charger or computer USB port

Method 2 - Type-C Port:

  • Use your own USB-C cable
  • Connect to the Type-C port on the side of the device

Charging time: Approximately 3-4 hours for full charge

Full charge indicator: All 4 white battery LEDs are illuminated

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on usage:

  • WiFi Hotspot only: 12-16 hours of continuous use
  • With power bank usage: 6-10 hours
  • Standby mode: Up to 300 hours

Tips to extend battery life:

  • Turn off the device when not in use
  • Reduce the number of connected devices
  • Avoid using WiFi and power bank simultaneously
  • Keep device away from extreme temperatures
How do I use SOLIS GO as a power bank?

To charge your devices:

  1. Pull out the appropriate cable (Lightning for iPhone, Type-C for Android)
  2. Connect to your device
  3. Press the charging button on the front to activate power bank mode
  4. The 4 battery LEDs will show the remaining power
  5. Remove cable when charging is complete

⚠️ Important: Avoid charging the SOLIS GO while simultaneously using it as a power bank - this reduces battery efficiency and lifespan.

What do the battery LED indicators mean?

The 4 battery LEDs show remaining power:

  • 🔋🔋🔋 3 LEDs: 50%-75% battery
  • 🔋🔋 2 LEDs: 25%-50% battery
  • 🔋 1 LED: 10%-25% battery
  • ⚠️ 1 LED Blinking: Less than 10% - charge soon!

How many devices can connect simultaneously?

SOLIS GO supports up to 5 devices connected at the same time.

Compatible devices include:

  • Smartphones (iPhone, Android)

Note: More connected devices will drain the battery faster.

How do I connect my device to SOLIS GO WiFi?

Connection steps:

  1. Turn on SOLIS GO (press power button for 3 seconds)
  2. Wait for WiFi LED to show solid white
  3. On your phone/laptop, go to WiFi settings
  4. Look for the WiFi name (SSID) shown on the back of SOLIS GO
  5. Enter the password (also on the back of the device)
  6. You're connected!

Tip: You can also scan the QR code on the device for quick connection on some phones.

What do the LED indicators mean?

SOLIS GO has 3 signal LEDs on the front:

1️⃣ Cellular LED (Signal):

  • ⚪ White Solid = Connected to network
  • 💫 White Blinking = Searching for signal
  • ⚫ Unlit = Cellular off or error

2️⃣ Data Transfer LED:

  • ⚪ White Solid = Data available
  • 💫 White Blinking = Data transferring
  • ⚫ Unlit = No data connection

3️⃣ WiFi LED:

  • ⚪ White Solid = WiFi ready
  • 💫 White Blinking = Device booting up
  • ⚫ Unlit = WiFi not available
Can I change the WiFi name and password?

The WiFi name (SSID) and password are pre-configured and printed on the device. They cannot be changed through the device itself.

For security, the password is unique to each device and uses a strong encryption standard.

SOLIS GO connects to premium local carriers in each country:

Actual speeds depend on:

  • Local network conditions

What happens when I use up my free 1GB monthly data?

When you reach your 1GB free monthly limit:

  • Your connection will pause until next month's renewal

🔧 Troubleshooting

My device won't turn on. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Charge the device: Connect to power for at least 30 minutes
  2. Check charging: Verify battery LEDs light up during charging
  3. Press and hold: Hold power button for 5-10 seconds
  4. Try different charger: Use another USB charger or cable

WiFi is slow or keeps disconnecting. What can I do?

To improve WiFi performance:

  • Reduce connected devices: Disconnect devices you're not using
  • Stay close to device: Keep within 10 meters for best signal
  • Check battery: Low battery can affect performance - charge the device
  • Avoid obstacles: Keep device away from metal objects or thick walls
  • Restart device: Turn off and on to refresh connection

I forgot my WiFi password. Where can I find it?

The WiFi password is printed on the back of your SOLIS GO device.

Look for:

  • SSID: Your WiFi network name
  • Password: Listed right below the SSID
  • QR Code: You can also scan this for quick connection

The password cannot be changed and is unique to your device.

Can I use SOLIS GO while it's charging?

Yes, you can use SOLIS GO as a WiFi hotspot while it's charging.

However:

  • ✓ Using WiFi while charging = OK
  • ✗ Using as power bank while charging SOLIS GO = NOT recommended (reduces battery life)

How should I care for my SOLIS GO device?

Best practices for device care:

  • ✓ Keep device clean and dry
  • ✓ Store in cool, dry place when not in use
