What is Solis Go?
Solis Go is a portable global WiFi hotspot that doubles as an 8000mAh power bank. Using vSIM technology, it automatically connects to the fastest local 4G/LTE networks in over 140 countries without needing a physical SIM card.

Solis Go works in 140+ countries worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. It works wherever there is local cellular coverage.
How many devices can I connect?
You can connect up to **10 devices** simultaneously. It's perfect for sharing connectivity with phones, laptops, and tablets for your whole group.

How do I turn it ON/OFF?
To Turn On: Press and hold the power button on the front for 3 seconds until the lights turn on.

How do I connect? Where is the password?
1. Power on the Solis Go and wait for the signal lights to stabilize (1-3 mins).
2. Locate the SSID and Password printed on the device (usually on the back or front).

How do I charge the Solis Go?
The Solis Go features a built-in USB-A charging cable. Simply slide it out from the side and plug it into any USB power adapter or computer port. A full charge takes about 4-6 hours.
How do I charge my phone with it?
Solis Go has built-in USB-C and Lightning cables. Pull out the cable that fits your phone, plug it in, and press the power button once to start charging. With 8000mAh capacity, it can fully charge most phones 1-2 times.

Slow speed or weak signal?
1. Try restarting the device. This forces it to rescan and connect to a stronger local tower.
2. Move near a window or outdoors for better reception.

If the device is unresponsive, perform a Force Restart by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds until the device reboots.
