RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Physical Products (Portable WiFi Devices)
Return Period
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product
- Products must be in unused, undamaged original condition with all accessories, packaging, and tags included
Return Process
- Email us at info@allsim.shop to request a return
- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return
- We will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address
Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping for defective products, wrong items, or damaged goods
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for personal preference returns
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund
Digital Products (eSIM Data Cards)
Important Notice eSIM products are digital goods and cannot be returned or refunded once activated or downloaded.
Exceptions Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- eSIM fails to activate properly (technical support record required)
- Network coverage significantly differs from product description
- Technical malfunction prevents service usage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Activated or used eSIM data cards
- Products beyond the return period
- Orders without proof of purchase
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us immediately if you receive:
- Items damaged during shipping
- Wrong items
- Defective products
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item via email with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
European Union Customer Rights
Under EU consumer protection laws, EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period:
- You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt without reason
- Products must remain in original condition
- Customer pays return shipping (unless product is defective)
- Digital products (eSIM) waive the cooling-off period once download or activation begins
